Today I showed my most favorite Okinawan snack "Sata Andagi".
Sata Andagi is okinawan donut that originally came from China and since Ryukyu kingdom.
Sata Andagi's other name is sugar tempura also in Hawaii they call it Andagi.
when frying you have to watch out for temperature it have to be between 290°f to 300°f(140°c to 150°c).
when you taste Sata Andagi I'm sure you will get hooked and wanting to taste more and more but be careful it's ton of sugar.😣but its worth trying😆
Ingredients
•2&3/4cups:all purpose flour
•1&1/2cups:sugar
•1tbsp:oil
•1tsp:baking powder
•milk or water(add little by little and depe.in this video I ended up using about 40ml)
•frying oil
