Welcome back Tyler! You would have to find restaurants in Bangkok that serve Isaan food. With so much information at our fingertips with the internet, I would just Google Isaan food/restaurants in the district you are in Bangkok (as you know Bangkok is a very big city). Even better, is to ask Thai locals or the staff at your hotel if you are staying at one. Sounds like you've been to Thailand, and you know how accessible it is to find certain Isaan foods, such as papaya salad (som tum), grilled BBQ chicken (gai yang). Believe me, some of the best Thai food you will try in Thailand are probably ones that you have never heard of. I always tell people, if you come across "Pad Mee Korat" (stir fry noodles similar to pad thai), a MUST TRY! In my opinion, better than pad thai IF done right. Thanks for watching! Many more videos to come.
