🌱 1 Cup of Fine Grain Brown Rice
🌱1 teaspoon of fresh Turmeric or Turmeric powder
🌱3 cloves of garlic
🌱Black pepper and sea salt to taste
🌱 2 Cups of Water for brown rice
🌱 1 small chayote
🌱1 Leek
🌱Condiments for the Chayote: Paprika, Curry, Garlic and dry Parsley
🌱1 Zucchini or Zuccini
