Safety is on everyone's minds as we begin to re-enter the public realm. We check in with Tracy Steward at CMTA, a frequent VMDO collaborator, to better understand how to reduce transmission of COVID-19 in the built environment. A principal, mechanical engineer, and champion of health and wellness at CMTA, Tracy helped oversee the MEP design of Western Kentucky University's Ogden College Hall, which became the nation's first WELL certified university lab building in February 2020. Among other insight, Tracy shares five things that every project can do to reduce transmission and increase occupant health.
