This cheesy peezy makhana will definitely make you fall crazily in loveee with your snack time!!😍💖
Method-
Grate the cheese, coat very well with cornflour and spread out on a baking try, lined with parchment paper.
Dry it at room temperature or sundry for 1-2 days or in a preheated oven at 65-70° C for an hr.
Remove, cool and tranfer to a mixie with all other ingredients and grind into a fine powder.
Transfer to a air tight container and use as seasonings in khakhras, makhana, popcorn and in all that you want to.
You can store this for upto one month.
For the cheesy makhana, heat ghee in a kadhai, add the dry roasted makhana and coat it well. Now, add in the prepared cheese powder and toss it.
Remove, cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
