Ryan can do a back flip, but can he flip an omelet? In this video, Matt Jones (actor, buddy and father of two) steps into the kitchen to teach Ryan how to make an omelet.
RECIPE: Matt's Omelet
Ingredients:
Eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cheese (any kind, we used cheddar) and butter.
Optional: potato chips!
Directions:
In a small bowl, add two eggs, approximately 1 tablespoon of milk, salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
In a non-stick frying pan, melt a small chunk of butter over medium heat. When butter is melted, add the whisked egg mixture to the pan. Run a spatula around the edges of the egg mixture to be sure the sides and bottom do not stick. Shake the pan to make sure the eggs spread evenly around. When the egg begins to cook, flip the omelet to cook the other side.
While this is cooking, add shredded cheese to one half and fold the omelet over the cheese. Flip the now folded omelet and finish cooking.
Optional tip: you can add seasoning like garlic powder, onion powder or smoked paprika to this if you like. You can also crunch up some potato chips if you want to be fancy like on the Bear!
