Moong Dal Khichadi :
2 tbsp Ghee
4-5 Green Cardamom
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
4-5 Cloves
2 Sliced Onions
Let it fry
In a Bowl 500gm Washed Rice
250 gm Washed Moong Dal
Water as Required
Salt To Taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander
Mint Leaves
4-5 Green Chilies

Tomato Mirchi Gosht Recipe :
Marinated 500gm of Meat
salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
3-4 tbsp Oil
6-8 Cloves
5-6 Cardamom
2-3 Cinnamon Stick
2 Chopped Onions (Fried until it brown)
add marinated meat & mix well
2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
mix well
1tsp Coconut Powder
salt to taste
mix the meat well
Cook for 45-60min
add 3 Chopped Tomatoes
1 n 1/2 Cup of Water
Sprinkle 5-6 Slit Chilies
Freshly Chopped Coriander
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Cook for 5-10min
