Man trainiert jeden 2-3 Tag die gleichen Muskeln. Pro Übung 2-3 Sätze mit jeweils 8-12 Wiederholungen bis zur Muskelerschöpfung. Falls Du mehr Wiederholungen schaffst, so muss du die Biegehantel leicht enger greifen oder du kaufst Dir noch zusätzlich eine mit mehr Widerstand, was ohnehin sinnvoll wäre, da es einige Rückenübungen gibt, die mehr Belastung brauchen. 💪

Dein Video mit den 10 TOP Übungen hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Habe das komplett in mein Workout übernommen. Dazu noch Liegestütze und man ist perfekt versorgt.

As I write this, I’m currently in physical therapy for bicep tendonitis. At home I don’t have any materials to help me recover other than frozen food. Ich befinde mich inzwischen im siebzigsten Lebensjahrzehnt und habe meinen Trainingsumfang deutlich eingeschränkt. Das bedeutet, dass ich ein tägliches Trainingsprogramm mit meinen Kettlebells durchführe. De Belastungen wechsle ich dergestalt, dass ich an einem Tag Krafttraining, am nächsten Kurzzeitausdauer und am folgenden Tag noch weniger Gewicht wähle. Daneben absolviere ich noch meine Kampfsporttechniken sowie das notwendige Stretching. Damit bin ich in etwa einer halben Stunde durch. Ich hoffe sehr, dass meine Muskulatur noch einige Jahre deutlich besser ausgebildet ist, als die des Herrn in diesem Video. Die Chancen sind ausgezeichnet.

Do 8-12 slow repetitions to muscles exhaustion. You should take a 48 hour break between training sessions. I think 3-4 training units per week is ok... 5 is too much.

1:00 irgendwie spüre ich bei dieser Übung nur meine Oberarme, habe aber nicht das Gefühl, dass in der Brust etwas beansprucht wird. kann es sein, dass meine Schultern zu breit für die Hantel sind und die Oberarme immer nachgeben? bin tatsächlich eher breitschultrig gebaut

Bei der Übung Nr. 1 muss viel Haltekraft mit den Unter- und Oberarmen ausgeübt werden, um die Biegehantel in Position zu halten. Probiere doch einmal die Brustmuskelübung Nr. 6... das funktioniert auch mit einer Biegehantel im Stehen.

I would advise you to continue training normally with the Power Twister. There are always anatomical differences between the left and right side of the body. But you can also do biceps and triceps exercises with one arm. 💪

@@FitnessCreator it sounds like German for the most part I don't know exactly what is being said but if you're able to pick up on context you can kinda understand and follow a conversation, if that makes any sense, cause communication is 20% verbal and the 80% is body language etc. I thought of immersing myself in purely German entertainment etc. So that I'm forced to learn hopefully I'll become fluent in it

Don't you ever do the number #3 Exercise guys ... Wide Grip Dips ... too much risk of injury. There are many exercises you can do and have fun with this gadget. Peace.

Exercise # 3 is not risky because you don´t train with bodyweight, but with the power twister. Therefore the pressure in the shoulder is not high.

If you want to train the pectoral muscle completely, you have to do other exercises than the well-known basic exercise #1. Take a look at the gym and see how many different chest exercises are performed. 😉

Where is the progressive resistance with this? You can't work one side. You have to learn all these moves. Not hating.... Being real. Resistance bands so much better than this. Much more versatile

Any fitness equipment has pros but also cons. If you watch the other videos with the Power Twister you will see that some exercises can be done with one arm. Resistance bands are great! What videos do you want to see with the bands in the future?

@@FitnessCreator don't really need to see any resistance band exercises.. lots of videos here on that. For resistance training though.... Rings, bands and weights are where it's at. This looks cool ... But I would never train with it.... So much better and time tested tools,.. no need to reinvent the wheel
