4 Sets: 8 Platform Push Ups + 20 Second Lean Hold Push Up
3 Sets: 12 Door Hinge Fly + 20 Second Squeeze + 10 Push Ups
3 Sets: 50 Pulsating Push Ups + 10-15 Second Push Up Hold
1 Set: AMRAP Push Ups
3 Sets: 20 Single Arm Table Press
