3 Sets: 6 Pull Ups (Hold 5-8 Sec. Each Rep)
2 Sets: 8 Front Lever Rows (Tucked) (Entire Back)) + 12 Ground Push Aways
2 Sets: 12 Chin Ups + 30 Second Back Squeeze
6 Sets: 10 Inverted Rows (Hold 5-8 Sec. Each Rep)
2 Sets: AMRAP Wide Grip Pull Ups
