Ingredients for 10 crepes:
1kg chicken
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
1 cube of chicken stock
Filling:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 crushed teeth
½ red pepper with the strips
50g of broccoli
100g of cauliflower
The shredded chicken
1 chopped green onion
300ml of white sauce
100g of mozzarella cheese
Crepe:
300g of flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
500ml of water
Preparation:
Place the cut chicken in a pan covered with water and season with salt, three cloves of garlic, an onion cut in half, a cube of chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes. remove it from the heat, let it cool down a bit and shred it.
Crepe: put 300g of flour without ferment in a bowl seasoned with salt and black pepper and add 500ml of water little by little. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained, pass through a sieve. Place a few drops of oil in a hot frying pan and make the crepes until the dough is finished.
Stuffing: put a frying pan over the heat and sauté the oil, the chopped onion and the crushed garlic cloves, add ½ red pepper cut into strips, 50g of broccoli cut into pieces, 100g of cauliflower Let it cook a little and add the shredded chicken, a chopped green onion, mix well and add a little white sauce. Fill the crepes and place in an oven-proof container, place the rest of the white sauce on top and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. It takes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
