Chicken Dabba Gosht Ingredients - चिकन डब्बा गोश्त साहित्य
For Marination
500 gms Chicken (Boneless)
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt (as per taste)
For Masala/Paste
18-20 Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp Split Chickpeas (Roasted)
4 Green Chillies
1 Cup Curd
½ Cup Fresh Cream
Procedure
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ghee
2 Onions (finely chopped)
1 Cup water
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 Cup Pasta (boiled with salt)
Salt (as per taste)
Serving
3 Eggs
Salt (as per taste)
2 Tomatoe’s (cut in roundels)
2 tbsp Hot Ghee
¼ tbsp Chilli Flakes
¼ tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Coriander Leaves

Dabba Gosht, literally meaning a luscious gravy served in containers generally metal. ( In Gujarat, we call it Dabba ) . A traditional Bohra dish, tender and juicy boneless chunks of meat soaked in white sauce, which is often cooked on occasions in almost all Bohra households. Dabba Gosht is served as a main course or a "Khaaras" ( a typical Bohra word used for spicy side dish served along with dessert and main dish) in a Bohra Thaal.
