CHICKEN QUESADILLAS
SASSY SAUCE
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Farm Stand Sassy Taco Seasoning
QUESADILLAS
Burrito size Flour Tortillas
Cooked, roasted, or grilled chicken, chopped small
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
Chopped bell peppers
Red Onion
Chopped Cilantro
PRESENTATION
Salsa
Guacamole
LETS MAKE IT!
Preheat griddle to medium high heat. If using a stove top, preheat to medium high as well.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread a layer of sassy sauce on the whole tortilla. On one half of the tortilla add ingredients in this order:
Chicken
Cheese
Bell Peppers
Onion
Cilantro
Fold the other half of the tortilla over the ingredients and light press down to meld the ingredients together. Using a spatula, transfer to the griddle or skillet. Let cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and crispy. Flip, and cook another 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into triangles. Serve with guacamole and salsa. Enjoy!
