Hi guys, it’s Jay Marie thank you for tuning into my video. I had been suffering with a condition when the weather gets really cold my tops on my toes or the whole toe itself will just swell up and look blustery. I have gone to the doctors quite a few times with no real answers. I’ve done some research and it looks like I have chilblains. It’s a condition where your blood vessels in your toes in your hands become very narrow and when he gets cold blood is restricted. When your body warms up, blood rushes to the affected area causing it to swell. It’s very painful and hard to walk. It comes and goes so it’s hard to predict when you’re going to be in pain. You can tell when it’s coming on and no my advice is as soon as you feel like your feet are becoming very cold and bring them up to temperature very slowly don’t jump into a hot shower don’t overheat them. This makes it worse also don’t rub it’s your feet. The best way I have dealt with the issues are changing my socks frequently and letting my feet breathe in or over warming them with blankets and socks if they start to feel too hot I I’ll take the blankets or socks off and then when they come back to temperature I put them back on. I hope this helps somebody out there! Thank you guys for watching.
