What can you substitute for milk powder , or you can leave it out

basically i use milk powder to substitute the use of milk. if you dont use milk powder you can just use warm full cream milk to substitute the water and milk powder

you can try, it shouldn't be a problem. its all about trying and testing until you get good results. this recipe is my 3rd try after testing the other 2. Next time ill be using all purpose Flour instead of bread flour to see how the bread will be
