-70gr Powdered Sugar
-3/4Tsp / 4.5gr Salt
Flower Mooncake Mould Size 25gr
Egg Wash:
-1 Egg Yolk
-1 Tbsp Whites
Mixed Sesame Seeds for Topping
Bake at 140°C/284°F for 20 minutes
or until color golden brown
for -+ 70 cookies
