Thanks for this video. Very detailed. One of the key special feature of this dish is the burned rice at the bottom of a clay pot. The burned smell and taste are what some people are looking for. One can't get that from a electric rice cooker.

The best way is Rice cooker! Cause its good to steam water away and keep rice soft but enough dry! That's the best talent tool for the people who likes rice
