Ingredients:
- 3 cups of short grain rice
- 3 cups of water
- Assorted Chinese waxed meats (lap cheong (pork, chicken), yun cheong, duck leg)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 thumb size ginger, sliced
-10 pcs dried scallop soaked in 1 small cap shao xing wine
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- few dashes of white pepper
Sauce:
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of abalone or oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Garnish:
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- few dashes of white pepper
- fried pork lard (optional)
- fried garlic oil
