INGREDIENTS

sugar 130 grams
milk 130 grams
eggs 2
chocolate chips 100 grams
vanillin 1 sachet
baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1 pinch
baking powder for desserts 10 grams
Put the soft butter at room temperature in a large bowl, add the sugar and vanillin then whisk with an electric mixer until you get a creamy mixture.
Add the eggs, incorporating them one at a time with the help of the electric whisk, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda directly into the bowl with the mixture.
Add 1 pinch of salt and use the whisk again to mix-in the powders.
As soon as the dough becomes more consistent, add the milk and continue to work with the whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Add about 80 grams of chocolate chips, mix with a spatula, then transfer the mixture into a 12-muffin mold, place the special cups, distribute the whole mixture equally.
Place the remaining chocolate chips on the muffins and bake in a static oven at 180 °C - 355 °F for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.
