Chocolate toast
450g toast mould*1
Recipe:
Bread flour 250g
Cocoa power15g
Sugar 50g
Salt 3g
Milk power20g
Egg*1
Milk130g
Instant yeast 4g
Unsalted butter 35g
chocolate chips 30g
160°C (or320°F)
Middle-low of oven 40 ~45minutes
(Cover with aluminium foil after baking for 15 minutes)
Tips:
When you put the bread roll into the toast mold, please make its edge of rolling face the bottom of the mold.

鸡蛋*1个
牛奶130克
即发干酵母4克
黄油35克
耐高温巧克力豆30克
160°C 烤箱
中下层 40分钟
(烤15分钟后盖锡箔纸)

放面包面团卷进入模具时,请把收口朝下压住。
