Great recipe, great video, Chef Bart...just one thing, though; personally, I prefer my chopped chicken liver more chunky than pasty, as far as the texture is concerned...but it looked delicious and made me hungry. Good job!!

first thanks for such an incredible recipe , at my job I cook the liver medium rare majoran and poultry seasoning , sherry wine and brandy ,spicy mustard salt and pepper, boil eggs heavy cream,

That food right there is the best for your CV system and liver! Cut out refined carbohydrates, eat eggs, liver, hamburger, chicken skin etc...don't forget the spinach though
