A few reasons I think you have the best cooking videos are you use leftovers, that you don't get picky on all of your veggies are cut just right and your personal interaction with your guests and LaKisha. And you cook home style even at your restaurant. But it's also how you comment about appreciation of the quality products from the local suppliers and give them a shout out. Some I've even purchased. Especially the canned tomatoes even though they're not local. They really are excellent quality and have the best flavor of any other I remember coming out of a can. We can go through a gallon in no time.

Have to get the oil nice and hot before you put anything in, if it's too wet you have to flour it first Dean. I mix up what pans I use, depends what I'm cooking. Good Gravy, Jack. Chef do you know a dish with scotch bonnet pepper incorporated whiteout to much heat
@roryvonbrutt7302
3 жыл бұрын
This is the ticket take the scotch bonnet pepper cut it into quarters why are you cutting at Holden underneath the Faucet so that the spray doesn't get on your eyes you can travel a long way then still holding it in the water you pith and de seed it, now this is the important part still holding it in the water, Can you take a sharp curve of the small knife and scrape the oil off the paper while it's still being held under the water. the oil washes down the drain away from your eyes and you can do this a couple of times and really remove the maximum amount of heat leaving maximum amMount of Scotch Bonnet awesome pepper flavor 100% absolute completion
@chaplinsrestaurant

Why even use them if you're afraid of the heat Rory, stick to jalapeños

@@chaplinsrestaurant I'm going to continue using them i was curious if you knew any recipes but obviously you don't have any experience cooking with them because you can extract flavor without the heat from them it's ok you can't know everything Roy continue cooking with them and thanks for your reaction😙💦

@@chaplinsrestaurant Wow after all the comments I have written in a year and that's and that's the thanks I get I know the difference between the different taste of all the peppers I don't like jalapeño peppers has no flavor anywhere near as compared to a scotch bonnet pepper thanks a lot as to not not enjoying my input while I'm not able to eat these peppers unless they get rid of some of the Scoville units that doesn't mean I don't like them actually I started using this so that I could literally eat green ghost chili peppers that my neighbor grew next next to my property in Florida next from now on I'll keep my comments to myself obviously Since I'm such a noob in cooking ! ! !
