220°C/428℉ for 15 minutes + 374℉°C for 30 minutes
[How to Make]
1. Heat milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla pod until boiling, then cool to 30°C/ 86℉.
2. Mix egg yolk and sugar, add all-purpose flour and matcha powder, then add the cooled mixture from step 1. Stir well and add rum, mixing thoroughly.
3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, sift, and bring the batter back to 20°C/ 68℉.
4. Spread softened butter in the mold, pour in the batter, bake, and let it cool after removing from the oven.
5. Prepare the matcha cream filling by mixing matcha powder and whipping cream, add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe into the cooled pastries. Done!
