150 g flour

2 pinches of salt
100 grams of almond flour (I have coarse flour)
100 grams of crushed almonds
a few drops of almond essence with the aroma of bitter almonds
140 g of sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon spice mixture (anise, cardamom, cloves, coriander)
200 ml warm milk
sourdough (which we prepared at the beginning of the video)
400 g butter
500 g of raisins + 6 tablespoons of rum or cognac
100 g of candied orange
100 g of lemon candied
fruits zest of one lemon
(raisins and candied fruits are mixed into the dough for a short time so that the dough does not darken)
Before baking, let the stollen stand on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes
Bake at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius top-bottom mode without convection at an average level until ready and check with a wooden stick so that it comes out dry and clean. approximately 50-60 minutes.
