The pitch kept getting lower as he aged. Made him sound more unique.

Such a great man. It was so much fun to see him pop up in movies from all the long decades that he lived through. He was around for such a long time. RIP to a true legend.

Some people just have a charisma that affords them the luck to play certain roles Christopher had all the attributes to play the dark evil parts but a great actor can do anything which he could , Leslie Nilsson was also typecast as the bad protagonist but he did a total 360 late in his career to play comedic roles that made him world famous !

Interesting how you can witness the aging process in intimate detail with famous actors. Look at them going from the 60's to the 70's to the 80's, 90's and 00's....an intriguingly heavier and heavier collection of vocal changes, lines, greys and pounds. Watching someone young grow old and eventually die.

it is even amazing to see the change in oneself...I thought I was not attractive and I look back at how pretty I was as oppose to be 83

Funny thing with Chris is he more or less looked/sounded identical between 40-80 besides a few more lines & greyer hair.
