120g Cake Flour
50g Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
35g Orange Juice
1 Whole Orange Zest
110g Sourdough starter or discards
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
GLAZE TOPPING
140g Icing Sugar
22g Lemon Juice
Lemon zest
NOTE:
