listened to CKLW as a student at Bowling Green in Ohio in late 60s. Walk down the hall in any dorm and you would hear CKLW blasting from radios in many rooms. Million Dollar Weekends felt like a constant party. Great memories

Living in Pennsylvania, a hour east of Pittsburgh it was hard to pick this station up. However, I would try late at night. What a great station.

the big 8 was always my favorite . at am 800 this station blew away all the local guys aswell as many other markets. i grew up on the banks of the muddy maumee river in rural perrysburg ohio ,but i dont think there was any place in ohio that was'nt dominated by these guys . i got my first listen to many now considered classics.

This is a recreation. Songs from 65&66, along with jingles from the late 60's and a Faygo commercial from 1973.
