1:36 Dad owned a luncheonette counter in a drug store in Woodside, NY in the late 1940s. He was famous for his meatloaf. Dad once broke a bad egg into 2.5 lbs. of ground chuck so had to throw the whole thing out. Although rare today, not unheard of to get a bad egg-so our family rule is to definitely crack into a separate bowl. Sadly my meatloaf never matches his, probably missing his love :(

Well presented and great ideas....I just gotta try this. I like near the end where you show using the leftover sauce in with the meatballs and also adding the same boiled water.

You've already forgot the minced shallots or minced white onion, and you could have added fresh or dried basil in the meatballs

Meatballs sound pretty good, you didn't exactly give a lot of guidance for the sauce. Plain canned tomato sauce would be a waste of homemade meatballs.
