COATED PEANUT BURGER RECIPE| COMMERCIAL COATED PEANUT RECIPE
the standard measurement & best procedure that gives you a crunchy coated peanut burger.
Recipe:
1. raw peanuts or roasted peanuts- 4 cups or 650g
2. flour : 4 cups or 500g
3. eggs : 2 or 100g
4. sugar : 1 cup or 200g + salt 1 tsp
5. milk powder- 40g optional you can replace with 1 satchet of milk powder flavor.
6. spices : nutmeg & cinnamon: 1/4tsp
(optional)
7. flavors: vanilla & super milk or milk zest.
