Ingredients for the sponge cake a) 5 tablespoons coconut 50 g. b) 200 g of pastry flour. c) 1 teaspoon baking powder 10 - 11 g. d) 150 ml fresh milk (whole or light). e) 150 g sugar. g) 120 ml of seed oil. h) 2 medium eggs. i) 40 - 50 ml of brandy. The ingredients for the cream are a) 1 litre of milk (whole or light). b) 1 glass of sugar 200 g. c) 1 glass of fresh milk cream 200 ml. d) 2 medium eggs. e) 1 sachet of vanilla 5 g and g) 4 full spoons of cornflour 100 g. On top of the dessert, we will put as much cinnamon as we want. We will make it on a plate measuring 25 x 35 cm, which we will spread with about 5 ml of seed oil. #MEchatzimike
