For the wonderful traditional sweets of the village Koilani - Cyprus, I will need syrup, dough, aromatic, and seed oil for frying.
Ingredients for the syrup are 4 glasses of sugar 800g, 3 glasses of water 600 ml, a spoonful of lemon juice 10 ml, a spoonful of flower water 10 ml and 2 cinnamon sticks.
