Today I bring you a Korean cold noodle recipe with beef and soy sauce called ganjang guksu.
In summer in Korea it is customary to eat cold noodle dishes. They are very popular cooking recipes because they are refreshing, light and nourishing.
For ganjang guksu, we will use spaghetti instead of traditional Korean noodles. It's just as good and easier to find.
This dish is not spicy but it is delicious and fresh for summer (although it can be eaten in any season). It's a cool alternative to pasta salads!
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING:
80g ground beef
100g of Capellini or spaghetti n ° 1
½ carrot
¼ of an onion
1/3 zucchini
4 tbsp salted soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of Korean anchovy or nuoc mam sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 egg yolk
Salt
