I'm back on KZitem to offer you a recipe that many of you have asked me for: jjajangmyeon!🍜
These are noodles covered in a sauce made from black bean paste sautéed with meat and vegetables. 🍖
It’s clearly a Korean dish even though it has its origins in Chinese cuisine.😆
So here we go for a new recipe for authentic Korean cuisine loved throughout South Korea, with a pinch of culture! 😁
INGREDIENTS
🍜 For 6 servings.
300 g “Chunjang” fermented black bean paste, not stir-fried
700 g plain pork belly
600 g sweet flat white cabbage
2 yellow onions
½ zucchini
6 cm of leek white
3 tbsp salty soy sauce
5 tbsp sugar soup
1 C. has. powdered ginger coffee
4 tbsp. potato starch soup
10 tbsp. neutral vegetable oil soup
