Any person listening to this rn has probably played new vegas. I first heard this in elementary while poaching firewood with my grandfather. @@tristanhornberger2961hes talented, but country music used to be written and sung by people who lived their songs. Outlaws, loners, misfits who lived a hard life. Colter is good but he definitely didn't grow up in the real world, neither did 99% of modern country artists

@@theplasticcactus that doesn't mean much, especially now that he has money. He grew up with politicians as parents. Anyone can get rich, buy a ranch and work on it over the summer. Also, my point is that the songs he writes aren't part of his life's story. Music has become phony, and every Tom, dick and Joe writes a murder ballad or some other song without ever having been around any of that.
