I watched this the day it was posted, and the next day I had to stand in line for a while, so I was doing the bits I could remember after just one watch, and this morning I feel so much better than I usually would! Not pain-free, that would be too much to ask, but just a little back pain. My hips and legs feel okay! I even think I'm up to hitting my support group meeting, when usually I wouldn't want to leave the house after such a day. I'm excited and so happy! Thank you!

These are also really good for movement snacks for people out and about in their wheelchair! Thank you!

Thank you for this. Do you know of a physio in the UK - Essex or London - who believes in SI joint up/down slips. My SI joined us so jammed up it won’t shift. I can’t. Feel it is up on one side and twisted but no physio I have seen believes this is possible. I don’t feel I can make any progress with the exercises until this is adjusted. Thanks!

Sorry to hear. Yes Central Health in London are hypermobility physios. And check my IMM directory on website for physios who have trained with me.

Yes, very useful, thank you Jeannie!! I do snacks at a museum or during a lengthy shopping run etc but I never thought to do them while waiting for a doctor. It’s brilliant, especially the calming part at the beginning. Will definitely try on my gastro follow up visit in a couple of weeks :)

Thank you. I use most of these already every day, but I will be more conscious of adding more movements into my sitting/standing today. 😊

Yes so much of this! It's very hard..thank you for the huge validation and the routine for waiting rooms. I guess I have a sort of made up part that I do to get through so adding this expanded knowledge based version is just great! 🌹🌿🕊

Oh thanks so much for this! Ive been looking for more 15 minute type videos. Edit: I see stretching in public as a radical act - it’s a gesture that hurts no one and might even help someone. ❤ it’s a way to role-model healthy boundaries and encourage others to stretch if thats what they need too.🎉

I didn't know that deeper massage isn't good for fascia. I like the feeling of deep massage but can seem to make things worse if I do it too much

Yes that’s quite common. I had to give up on massages sadly.
