This Property owner (Mr rob) earns 3 million pounds per year from rent. 3 million divided by 12 months = two hundred fifty thousand pounds . And two hundred fifty thousand Divided by (Mr robs *earns* a total of) 1543 paying tenants = *£162* . Per month per tenant Good stuff. Mr p Decker

Great interview. Properly good. I actually made the mistake of thinking Rob seemed a bit up himself initially in the interview but as I watched it, and particularly the way you interviewed him, I started to relate. In my company Ive been told im a bit quirky and I recognise a degree of OCD and autistic type traits. I never thought much of them but really interesting to hear that spoken about. Very good video. I don't think anyone has ever questioned whether he is a millionaire, he is and worth many millions. What people question is courses delivered that are questionable and naturally prays on those vulnerable. A lot of money has been made from the training side. Property deals that large will be heavily leveraged and money from joint venture partners etc added. Company house is a good place to check, not that anyone needs to.

This is a really good interview. Rob's got a great business mind, and his self-help books are genuinely good. I'm just really disappointed in him for running a clickbait conspiracy theory KZitem channel. I also think his training business uses some really shady tactics to rinse gullible people into thinking he's gonna make them rich. It's a shame because his 'Money' book changed my life for the better. Seriously mixed feelings.

The whole mind changing thing.. all entrepreneurial people are “data engines”. We play statistics, and if an input tips the balance, then a change will happen.. another thing we do is spill ideas for opinion, an entrepreneurial person is spitting ideas, but a non entrepreneurial person thinks it’s the only idea in your head, so when your data leads you in a way that must people didn’t see by your questioning, you look flighty and non focused.

2 жыл бұрын
I don’t know but he probably has lots of companies that are under audit threshold, so you’d never see it as simply. I know from experience that CH only gives a snapshot to people under audit threshold. When the company has over 10m TO, 250 staff and a balance sheet over a certain asset value in one company; that is when CH is fantastic. I for example have 17 companies; when you search my name only some of them show up ?!?
@r0bbyr0b98
2 жыл бұрын
@@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur yes agreed on the CH thing. Generally not all the linked companies appear because when the accountant registered the business they dont tag your existing name on the system. For you all your 17 companies willl be on CH if you search for them, but multiple "James Sinclair" directors. Same with Rob Moore too. Yes CH only gives a snapshot, but with the crazy numbers he often says such as "I run a 9 figure businesss" (revenue, turnover? turnover x10 years, he never makes it clear), I take what he says with a massive pinch of salt. But hes certainly successful, I just think the majority of that is with the training he does.

@r0bbyr0b98
2 жыл бұрын
@@RobMoore didnt meant to touch a nerve. Ive got similar years of business experience running multiple businesses as you, dont worry. But when you publically state things like "I run a 9 figure business" on your social media pages (Thats £100m!), then you need to expect to be called up on it, as if that is a annual turnover figure, companies house will show it - as you know. If its not a £100m annual turnover figure, what is it exactly? Im not a hater and actually like some of the stuff you do to be fair, especially the first couple of books you wrote and YT channel 🙏
@RobMoore
2 жыл бұрын
@@r0bbyr0b98 Thank you for explaining. Good to meet you. Also, it's not that you touched a nerve per se, it's just I have seen a lot of people with a lot less experience than you do a 5 minute check on companies house and think they have done all the research they need and have all the answers. Seeing your experience, you will know all the things that can't be seen on companies house. Which in some ways makes it surprising what you said. Also, all the other companies I own won't necessarily show up on the search you do. Also, the accounts are 12-24 months behind as you know. I have never claimed to do a 9 figure (a year) business. I have only ever claimed to do 8 figures (which is fact), and have rolled up total turnover since conception to be £150-£200 mil total revenue (in my training companies, not my other companies). This is a fact, and if we ever met I would happily show you my daily cash KPIs. In fact, I don't say this, but I probably understate what I do, because I have a property management co, and brand co. & a property portfolio, which I rarely reference. It's always good to meet other fellow experienced and passionate entrepreneurs, so nice to meet you. If I can help in any way please let me know.

It really is immoral to be a multiple landlord. There's a housing crisis in this country. People are homeless. Housing is a human right. These multi-millionaire landlords morally bankrupt, in my very humble opinion 😔

I completely disagree. I’ve been without a house in the past because of my own doing. It definitely is not a human right. Lots of people are homeless. It’s not nice however what’s worse is homeless animals that are struggling on the streets. Some people are too entitled. Life is tough but it’s easier for us than most other species.
@marklewis3023
Жыл бұрын
Again I disagree, being a landlord isn't a bad thing - the landlord provides homes for people to live in. The housing crisis you speak of is due to over population, not enough houses being built, lack of incentives to investors & entrepreneurs, over legislation and over taxation. It amazes me that governments think it's a good idea to bash landlords to try to fix a housing crisis, what happens - landlords pull out, crisis gets worse. You're also confusing home ownership with homelessness, the 2 aren't comparable & renting is a good solution for many people. Many people don't have the money for deposits, many people don't have the money, vision or drive to refurbish properties. I also find many people don't have the credit profile to enable them to borrow money because they got involved in credit cards and pay day loans and hire purchase and expensive mobile phone contracts. You can argue the rights and wrongs of that, education, circumstance, the media etc. but if a bank won't lend them money to buy a property then their best and only hope is that a landlord will take them on & rent to them, otherwise they will be homeless.
