Congee Pork Ribs with Dried Oyster
Ingredients:
1 rice cooker cup Rice
10 rice cooker cup water
6 Dried Oyster
250 g Pork Ribs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Rinse dried oyster well. Soak in water for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the rice, drain and set aside.
3. Put pirk ribs in boiking water and blanch for 10 minutes. Set aside
4. Put all the ingredients into a rice cooker. Press the congee button and cook until done.
5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
