Back in the early 2000s we used Industrial spray foam that expands 100 times in seconds and Drys In minutes then we did our fiberglass custom wide bodys after a few hours of shaping

The crucial missing step: Water. Gorilla glue uses water to activate properly. A misting spray bottle to one sheet of foam, glue to another. And I'm back after finishing the video - I think the product you really needed was Camie 373 Spray Adhesive, you can get it from Grainger, Industrial Supply, and online. I use if for foam airplanes, carbon fiber drones, it's made for open cell foam. Plus, it doesn't create a bond soooo strong that you cant release your positive mold from the fender.

Yeah it must be nice to have a network or a shop front the bill for all these expensive parts that average people can't buy because they can't afford them... we want to see builds that we can do at home in our garage from the local auto parts store or cheap online.... none of this is useful to us, like most episodes.... we just watch it to have something to watch dealing with cars...

Good content, though a little hard to listen to with the "70s sportscaster hollering" for the voice-over. Contrary to traditional assumptions, the yelling every sentence does NOT make it more exciting to the listener. I for one just mute the audio and put on closed captioning.
