there is no such thing as a healthy oil, if isolated from the nut, fruit or seed..when inside its healthy ...the moments oils get exposed to air/ pressure / light / heat..the damage starts ...instead of olive oil , use olives instead, instead of coconut oil use coconuts instead. get the fats from nuts and seeds when eaten whole . Throw in some flax seeds/ chia seeds/ pumpkin seeds in your smoothies / drinks . Throw in some nuts in your sweet dishes . Use almond milk / coconut milk or cream instead . Use non GMo soy milk . Avocados . eat Bhutta (corn) and not corn oil .
