Thanks for watching another episode of "Cooking with Abe". It's Summer, and with the recent hot weather (and large supply of ribs leftover & discounted at Walmart from July 4th), I thought I'd try my hand at grilling ribs on the charcoal grill my wife bought for me a couple of years ago.
I tried using a dry-rub method, because our 1-year old Lincoln was going to be eating these as well, so we didn't want the messiness of BBQ sauce for him. The only tricky part was maintaining a temperature of around 300 degrees F for an hour on this grill, but I managed it, and the results were fantastic!
