Such a relatable video. I don’t get bored either and thrive in solitude. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing. It is interesting how different people are coping with lockdown in my case the only change in my weekly routine is that I can’t do voluntary work. One thing that has changed for me in lockdown is that I have started becoming a big reader. I wasn’t really before but recently reading has almost become a new hobby for me.

Hello Anna, thank you for covering this topic, it was interesting to hear your views and experience. My life is almost the same as it was except that shopping is very stressful and time consuming. I also relate to your total lack of boredom, as long as you can do what you want with your time, I'm the same. I really don't understand people being bored, especially today with the internet, there is more content available than one person could consume in their lifetime. Stay safe and please continue your wonderful KZitem videos, they're much appreciated, Cheers Tudor

Coping is all we can do until there's a vaccine. Educating myself and taking a logical approach to corona helped with my anxiety as well. Routines haven't changed and social distancing is my forte. I can relate to the anxiety of going to the shops. It got so bad for me that I resorted to taking a anxiety medication. I also used to shop for food small and frequent. I've had to learn to plan for a week or more which is just taxing on my brain, and the longer I'm in the shop the more anxious, and scatter brained I get. I'm also not as rigid with food as I was when younger, but still tend to stick to trusted brands. Having to find alternatives was very stressful.

I love the films and books book, I want one. I have also continued routine, working uninruppted, but also not going to store much, for me it's the crowds which , with the restricted hours have gotten Worse, so I can't go in the middle of the night , or early morning, so I'd rather not. My OCD is more social worry than germ related, but this is gonna cause Everyone to have germ ocd. Your routine sounds kinda german philosopher Arthur Schopenhauers routine, read, walk, everyday, even in the rain he'd do it.
