@@workdaygourmet i would accept that challenge with pleasure. When I was in Bogotá, every morning I had a big cup of Chocolate con Panela and two Arepas, llenados con queso doble crema (toasted in a pan with butter). #querico! 😋😋😋

Thank you for this copycat recipe! I’m making the traditional 3 ingredient arepas and it’s disappointing. So bland and tasteless. Trader Joe’s is sweet and addicting like crack!

The traditional probably relies on more seasoned fillings. The corn flavor is a lot less prominent, definitely no replacement for the tj's stuff!

Masaprepa is precooked corn, kinda hard to substitute unless you get really creative, like blending up popcorn or something... (Raw flours may not cook through in the same time, nut flours are ready to eat but won't have the signature corn flavor)

I was actually just about to subscribe because I liked the older videos I saw.... But then you started adding one of those horrible exaggerated clicking sounds with the subscribe buttons. There are a lot of people who cannot stand that or the culture around it and you're driving all of them away. By all means ask people to like and subscribe, just don't abuse our ears in the process and be part of the tiktok generation's psychological conditioning in the process.
