The Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin Raising and Lowering Heels movement is a wonderful way to gently strengthen your core. Powering through the movement isn't as effective as staying mindful the entire time to notice if your toes and heels stay connected and your palms stay gently resting on the side of your thighs.
