You won't find an easier recipe for GLUTEN-FREE CORN CHURROS. These churros are made with pre-cooked corn flour, also known as P.A.N. flour.
By using pre-cooked flour it is not necessary to blanch it, so these churros can be prepared very quickly.

YOU NEED
For 2 persons
150 g pre-cooked corn flour
275 g lukewarm water
3 g salt
10 g sugar
Plenty of oil for frying
Optional: Sugar for coating
