Today I counted my calories as an intuitive eater! ( I eat a lot... ) But calories aren't the driver for my diet, I eat a relatively whole foods diet and counting / measuring all my fresh food is not sustainable for me. It is just such a hassle!🙅🏻♀️

Dressing Recipe
• 5 Simple Vegan Salad D...
Vegan Burger Recipe:
1 1/2 cup brown mushrooms ( finely chopped )
1 large sweet potato ( cooked till very soft )
5 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt ( or to taste )
1/2 tsp black pepper ( or to taste )
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
* This should make 6 burgers *
- Bake in the oven for ( about ) 25 minutes at 350F
OR
- Cook on a gridle / in a pan for ( about ) 20 minutes * cook on medium to brown each side, then let it sit on low for 5 - 10 minutes to firm it up ( no one wants a soggy burger! )
