Hey Judy, thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial! I tried today and it came out successful. I was not aware it takes a long time to prepare sorbitol solution. As I could not wait, used sugar solution instead. The final result was a soap with a slight yellow tinge. I kept my pot on a double boiler through out the cook to maintain the temperature and it took longer for the soap particles to dissolve. It was worth the wait. Thank you again and wish you a very Merry Christmas!

@judygarcia1219
5 жыл бұрын
drnamrata yadav sugar should work, it may give it a slight yellow tinge. You could use a hot water bath to warm the alcohol, maybe boil some water, take it off the stove, then let the bowl set for a minute. Not long in the microwave tho, maybe 10 seconds to about 65 degrees celcius
