MACARONI INGREDIENTS WITH BEANS
● Sausage
● Macaroni of your choice (noodles or spaghetti are best)
● olive oil
● 2 cloves of garlic
● Oregano
● Tomato extract
● 2 cooked bean shells
● Salt
● Tomato sauce
● Baniwa pepper
● 1 Lemon
● Parsley sprouts
PREPARATION MODE
Preheat a pan of water to cook the pasta.
With a knife, remove the skin from the sausages and cut them without a defined shape, breaking them into small pieces. Put oil on the hot pan over high heat and add the sausages. Stir a little and let them take on color.
Once the sausages are golden brown, turn the heat down and add oregano and tomato extract and stir well. Let the ingredients brown a lot, this toast will give the desired flavor. Then add two ladles of boiled beans, mash a little with the spoon and stir well. Add salt if necessary. Slice two heads of garlic and place with the ingredients in the frying pan. With the heat low, let the garlic cook with the sauce. Add tomato sauce, stir well, add a pinch of Baniwa pepper and cook for another 4 minutes.
To cook the dough, boil plenty of water in a pan, add two tablespoons of salt (1 tablespoon for every 2 liters of water). Insert the pasta in the water and stir it gently to undo the knots (if you choose the noodles). When ready, sieve the pasta so that the water drains from the pasta and place it in the pan with the sauce. Take some of the water from the pasta cooking and drizzle the pasta with it, it will help in the thickness of the sauce. Grate a little lemon peel and add parsley over the pasta. To serve, a deep dish goes well.
