Creating new habits can be fun in the kitchen. In the new video, Chef Alex Atala teaches how to make a colorful fruit salad full of unusual, natural and healthy flavors that children will love.
FRUIT SALAD INGREDIENTS WITH SPECIAL TOUCH
● 1 Bay orange
● 1 Clove lemon
● 1 Sleeve
● 1 Carambola
● 1 piece of melon
● Grapes
● 1 Banana
● 1 Persimmon
● 1 Pitaya
● 1 Papaya
● 2 Kiwis
● honey
● Basil
● Mint
● Purple basil
● Clover
● Uruçu bee pollen
● Salt
● Black pepper
● Olive oil
PREPARATION MODE
Peel and chop all the fruits (except the lemon) and place them in a bowl or bowl.
When peeling the bay orange, remove all the pieces from the white part of the peel. Instead of discarding these shells, crystallize them. To do this, make a syrup with equal parts of sugar and water. Cook the syrup a little, add the orange peels cut into thin strips and, when they are well cooked, just remove them and let them dry for a few minutes. They crystallize on their own.
Squeeze the lemon clove over the fruit so that its juice helps to prevent some fruits from darkening.
To make the recipe more fun, the star fruit can be cut into star-shaped pieces.
Add a little honey over all the fruits, stir well and leave the salad in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.

To complete, just serve the fruit salad with homemade yogurt ice cream.

● Yogurt (2 jars)
● 4 tablespoons of honey
PREPARATION MODE
