Been wanting to use boston ferns in terrariums. I was wondering if they would grow too big for a closed space? Love the videos💯

This might be a good thing for me as I really want to have plants in the house again(gave up over 10 beautiful plants 22 yrs ago when I moved to Hawaii for a few years). Since then, we have added cats to the family, and a couple of them will damage any plant I bring home. The lid will keep the cats away from them.

And you don’t have to water these or anything as long as the lid is airtight, surprised they aren’t more popular

Thank you so much for all of your videos! I have really enjoyed watching so many of them and have been inspired to create my own. I look forward to developing my terrarium building skills. Do you know of a source for springtails in the United States?

This mimics a mini earth, and the jar has an active water cycle when kept in the sun, as the water accumulates on the walls of the tank and drops right back on the ground. Plus the plants add another layer to it, while also helping with the oxygen cycle

Why did you have holes in the vase, isn't it supposed to be self-sustaining?
