Recently I've realized that I needed to create new healthy habits. Firstly for my mind, which has been dealing with a lot of change (yep, the third trimester is approaching!) and unknown but also for my future self. I wanted these changes to be manageable, nothing ground-breaking but instead, sustainable changes for future Gaby. I hope you enjoy :)
